受験資格Ⅰ 留学生・外国籍の方を問わず、以下の条件をすべて満たすことが必要です。

①入学時の年齢が18歳以上であること。
②外国において12年間の学校教育を受けていること。または中等教育機関を10年または11年で卒業した場合、文部科学省が「準備教育課程」として指定した教育機関を修了した学生であること。
③日本語能力検定（JLPT）のN1もしくはN2合格、もしくは日本留学試験（EJU）の日本語科目の得点（読解、聴解及び聴読解の合計）が200点以上であること。


受験資格Ⅱ 在留資格が「留学」の受験者は、次の条件のいずれかを満たすことが必要です。

①法務省により告示を受けた日本語教育機関（日本語学校）で6カ月以上の日本語教育を受けていること。
②日本国内の小学校・中学校・高等学校ならびに短期大学・大学で1年以上の教育を受けていること。

Admission Examination for General

You will get a qualification to Take the National Dental Hygienist Examination
You will receive a dental hygienist license issued by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare upon passing the National Examination for Dental Hygienists.

Qualifications of Admission ExaminationⅠ Candidates must meet all the criteria, regardless of their nationality or international students.

①Be 18 years or older at the time of admission.
②Have completed 12 years of school education abroad. Alternatively, if the candidate graduated from a secondary education institution in 10 or 11 years, you must have completed a preparatory education course designated by the Ministry of Education.
③Have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or N2, or scored 200 points or higher on the Japanese subject of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) (combined total of reading, listening, and listening comprehension).


Qualifications of Admission ExaminationⅡ The candidate with a residence status of "Student" must meet one of the following criteria.

①Have completed six months or more of Japanese language education at a Japanese language institute accredited by the Ministry of Justice.
②Have completed at least one year of education at an elementary school, junior high school, high school, junior college, or university in Japan.

请在面试结束后10日内，将以下材料邮寄至以下记载的本校地址


  • 调查书 ・在读于高中的人员，请提交该文件。
    ※如果您所在的学校直接将调查书寄送至本校，请与学校协调，确保文件在面试结束后10天内寄达本校。
  • 最终学历的成绩证明 ・如果您已从高中或同等学校毕业，请提交该文件。
    ・如果因毕业时间较久而无法开具，请提交学校出具的无法开具证明的相关文件。
  • 身份证复印件 ・请提交带照片的身份证件复印件（如个人编号卡等）。
    ※如提交个人编号卡复印件，仅需复印正面并提交。
  • 毕业证明 ・如果您已从高中毕业，请提交您的最终学历的毕业证明。
寄送申请材料
【寄送方式】 将申请材料装入角形2号信封（约长33cm×宽24cm），信封正面用红色字迹注明“出願書類在中”，并通过简易挂号邮寄。

报考资格Ⅰ 无论是留学生还是外国国籍人员，都需满足以下所有条件。

①入学时年满18周岁以上。
②在外国接受过12年学校教育，或者，如果在10或11年内从中等教育机构毕业，已经完成了教育部指定的“预备教育课程”。
③通过日语能力考试（JLPT）N1或N2，或日本留学考试（EJU）日语科目（阅读、听力及听读解合计分数）达到200分以上。


报考资格Ⅱ 持“留学”在留资格的考生需满足以下任意一项条件。

①在日本法务省认定的日语教育机构（日本语学校）接受6个月以上的日语教育。
②在日本的小学、中学、高中、大专或大学接受过1年以上的教育。

    以及相应文件的日语翻译件     ・如果你同时持有以下两类文件，请提交两者。

    ※均可提交复印件。同时需附上日语翻译件。
  • 日本语言学校结业证明或预结业证明 ※仅限在日本语言学校就读或曾就读者。
  • 日本语学校的出勤情况证明及成绩证明 ※仅限在日本语学校就读或曾就读者。
  • 日语能力考试（N1或N2）结果通知书 ※仅限已参加考试者
  • 日本留学考试结果 ※仅限已参加考试者
  • 在留卡复印件（正反两面）
  • 护照复印件 ・需提交照片页、签证页及在留许可页的复印件。
  • 考生本人名下的日本国内银行存折复印件 ・需包括封面、最新余额页及可确认定期汇款的页面。
  • 经济担保人所在国银行存折余额证明及其日语翻译件 ・可提交复印件。并提交日语翻译件。
  • 经济担保人与学生关系的证明文件及其日语翻译件 ・可提交复印件。并提交日语翻译件。
  • 考生本国带有照片和国民号码的身份证明及其日语翻译件 ・持有的情况下请提交。
